What happens next
- Send the book back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal at the latest, to Pelješko vino s.r.o., Dominikánské náměstí 256/3, 412 01 Litoměřice, Czech Republic. You pay the postage; please do not send the book cash on delivery.
- We will refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal at the latest, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have the book back or until you show us that you have sent it.

How to withdraw from the contract
You can return a book you bought from us as a consumer without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it. The quickest way is the Withdraw from contract here button at the start of this page: enter the order number and e‑mail, choose the books and confirm the withdrawal. You will also find a link to this function in the order confirmation and in the dispatch e‑mail. You can also send us an e‑mail to peljesko.vino@gmail.com or a letter to Pelješko vino s.r.o., Dominikánské náměstí 256/3, 412 01 Litoměřice, Czech Republic. An unequivocal statement is enough; the model form below is optional.
What happens next:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by e‑mail without delay. If you withdraw with the button on this page, the acknowledgement includes the full content of your withdrawal and the date and time of its sending; you meet the deadline if you send the withdrawal before the period has expired.
- Send the book back to us not later than 14 days from your withdrawal, to Pelješko vino s.r.o., Dominikánské náměstí 256/3, 412 01 Litoměřice, Czech Republic. You will have to bear the cost of the postage. Please do not send the book back cash on delivery.
- We will reimburse the money, including the original postage (up to the price of the least expensive type of delivery offered), not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the book back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back.
- You cannot withdraw from the contract for copies with a dedication written in the wording you supplied (Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). For copies with the authors' signatures only, you can withdraw.
